I have seen the details mentioned. The glucose levels mentioned look quite good. What is the current hba1c%? That is important to know how the diabetes is controlled. At your age ideally fbg should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 1660 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. That kind of control will help in remaining fit and free from long term complications of diabetes. There is a possibility of Acidity, indigestion and Gastro intestinal Reflux disease. All pointing to improper diet, irregularity and digestive disorder. your blood glucose levels are well under control ..kudos for that...yes these medicines are appropriate for u if these sugar levels are on this treatment..if these medicines are just prescribed now..then these are a bit heavy ones and not required as of now...keep a check on b.sugar regularly to avoid hypoglycemia..let me know your past treatment status

besides medication you have to follow some lifestyle measures to reduce triglycerides & blood sugar:
- reduce weight by diet & exercise
- avoid fried, processed junk & sugar containing foods, have more of fibre containing foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains such as whole wheat bread/ chapati, brown rice, oats, quinoa, corn instead of refined ones, a handful of mixed nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, healthy fats as in olive, canola oil for coo...more
