You are also breastfeeding your baby so I would recommend you to stop acutret for now. Also, re consult your dermatologist as well as your gynaecologist. There may be many different reasons for your cycle irregularities including stress, lack of sleep or proper diet in addition to other factors.

You have taken 2400 mg of isotretinoin, it's time to stop if acne is gone but continue with topical agents (ointment and facewashes) l not containing any retinoid further, and check your lipid profile that is very important. Yes, acutret is a good option for Rosacea. But you will need to take 20mg based on your weight. Hope your doctor has explained about isotretinoin and the caution you have to take while taking it. Aur aapko regularly sunscreen lagana hoga.

No it is not advised to take vitamin a along with isotretinoin in fear of causing hypervitaminosis a { causes: fever, irritability, vision problems etc }. However if prescribed by your doctor as a part of treatment you may proceed with caution and seek consultation as soon as possible with the onset of above mentioned symptoms.
You can take any other vitamin supplements along with isotretinoin.
