No it is not advised to take vitamin a along with isotretinoin in fear of causing hypervitaminosis a { causes: fever, irritability, vision problems etc }. However if prescribed by your doctor as a part of treatment you may proceed with caution and seek consultation as soon as possible with the onset of above mentioned symptoms.
You can take any other vitamin supplements along with isotretinoin.

treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. 1.Wash your face twice daily with soap and warm water to remove excess oil or wash face with Acnestar soap
2.Don’t scrub your face.
3. Apply acnestar gel (1%clindamycin+15 nicotinamide) twice daily for 4 week
4.If no relief, consult skin specialist.
