Well, it's good that you have limited your alcohol consumption to the minimum. Alcohol and isoniazid do not react well when taken together. Alcohol may increase the risk of liver damage with isoniazid. Those who are on isoniazid are advised to abstain from alcohol as they may have unpleasant side effects. Once the drug is stopped you will not have these symptoms after alcohol consumption.

Alcohol never good for health to the best of my knowledge Alcohol can be metabolised by healthy liver
Healthy liver is declared after blood tests and ultrasound etc by a physician Alcohol may cause irritation to stomach even in small quantities in some individuals.

Hi. Seems to have involvement of lung and spine both due to tb… need to consult orthopedics/ neurologist… mri spine or whole body pet ct to look for other sites of involvement… could be drug resistant or paradoxical phenomenon or rule out any other alternative diagnosis…in my opinion att to be continued for 9-12 months atleast. Rule out collection in spine. Consult doctor nearby. Thanks.
