only a red capped syringe is to be used when using 40iu/ml bottle.
and flex pen should be used directly as it is.
10 units of both are same if used this way.

You can add alpha glucosidase inhibitor to control PP after consulting your doctor. You can also switch to basal plus tnsulin therapy consulting your physician/ diabetologist/ endocrinologist by adding short acting insulin before largest meal. Yes you can switch to wockhardt or lupin brand for economic reason otherwise they are not superior what you are already taking.
