Sir. Hydrogen peroxide s harmful for soft tissue like gums and cheek .has any one prescribed you to use this .more over it corrodes the enamel surface .some dentist use this in heavily stained teeth while scaling with complete isolation of soft tissue .please stop using it and consult a periodontist nearby.

Limit your time in the shower or bath to 5 or 10 minutes.
Use warm rather than hot water.
Wash with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser.

The ear wax dissolves in oil based solvents, better to use medicated ear wax solvents and then get the ear washed from an ent surgeon.
