Hello,

If it is taken in prescribed quantities as directed by a nutrition expert, you can surely take them. If soya was so bad, the entire Japan male population would be infertile.
Excess of soya however does harm male hormone. It should be taken under the prescription of a nutrition expert.

Take plenty of oral liquids. High fibre diet like green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits. If stools are hard and painful stool softeners like Cremaffin plus 2-3 teaspoonful at night. If no relief see a General Surgeon or Proctologist.
