If your period is irregular or nonexistent, you won't benefit from the effects of high estrogen. The point of highest estrogen is your pre-ovulatory stage. If you're on a 28 day cycle, ovulation occurs from days 12-16 (though it varies, depending on your stress level, the foods you eat, the exercise you're doing, etc). This means that pre-ovulation occurs on about days 8-11 (but again, it varies from woman to woman).

Your first step in regulating your periods is figuring out what's caus...more

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. All the brands of 30/70 insulins are invariably having same potency. The level of action is dependent on the units used in every dose. All the insulins marketed by standard pharmaceutical companies have action. If the combination is 30/70 it means 30% fast acting & 70 % long acting insulin combination. There are 40 units per ml as well as 100 units per ml vials are available. That needs to be kept in mind while using the injecti...more

You can take the help of a dietician who can also help with a variety of diet chart (while taking care of calorie count also ). Please go for regular health check up and repeat the tests as advised. Focus on improving your health rather than worry about the problem. Include exercise and yoga which help in your diabetes management. Discuss about your exercise plan with the doctor so that sufficient precautions can be taken.

Hello, prolonged use of overall tablet is associated with side effects on your body. So it is not advisable to take it on long term. Your friend should consult a homoeopath physician for the proper diagnosis and treatment of irregular periods. Homoeopathic treatment is safe and effective and works without any side effects. It treats the root cause of your complaints.
Take care.
