First and foremost take medicines for diabetes regularly. And follow these simple advices
-Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday. Avoid skipping meals.
-Include high fibre foods at each meal i.e.Legumes (beans/lentils, nuts (almonds, walnut, eggs etc) ?

If you have diabetes please initiate immediate treatment with appropriate antidiabetic medicine either oral or Insulin injection. Plus also control dietary intake and exercise regularly for over 1 hour a day. Looking at your age it is essentail to find out whether it is T1 or T2 diabetes. Thanks.

I have gone through the details given, only randome glucose value is mentioned. It is better if all the values like fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c% are mentioned. That will give a clear idea about actual situation. To suggest a diet I need to know every single details in addition to above like weight, height, present dietary pattern extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and BP readings, plus current treatment with dosage. Thanks.
