First of all add fresh fruits and vegetables, milk in his diet. Give him plenty of water. His physical activity is also necessary, may be it a simple walk. Give him 1 tsf erand tail with milk at night. Dose can be increased according to condition.

Madam the glucose levels mentioned are very high, suggesting uncontrolled diabetes. This means 1) present medication is not adequate enough, there is a need to up grade the therapy. 2) one has to give a closer look at your diet and extent of exercise. 3) since there is no mention of weight and height, those details also need to be looked at.
