I have gone through the details mentioned. Your blood glucose seems to be quite well controlled. At your age ideally fbg should be < 100 mg, pp should be 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. So there is a need to look at your dietary intake more carefully and also increase the physical activity to about 1 hour plus exercise a day.
