Continue gingo biloba 1x tabs for 3 months. After that you take the medicine alternate days for a month. Then once in 3 days for a month. Then weekly once for 2 months. Then you can stop. Immediate stoppage can reverse the symptoms. Tapering the dose is the correct method. And also you must think positive always that my memory is good. Everything become alright even if I stop my medicines. Be cool be relaxed. Nothing to worry.

Dear user, You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Please You can take it I will suggest few points. Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do pranayam daily Put SHADBINDU OIL drops in both nostrils and take deep breath twice a day Avoid direct air to face Avoid cold drinks ice cream etc Take lukewarm water three times a day Continue homeopathic treatment.
