Do your hba1c. Hba1c will show you exact diabetes control. Fasting and post meals sugar will show particular day glucose reading. Fbs and ppbs is trailer of diabetes, hba1c is entire movie. Do your hba1c from srl or metropolis.

seeing the shape of the tablet in toilet is no indicaion that the whole tablet has come out. what happens is in the case of slow release or long acting tablets/capsules the shell is made in such a way where the medicine is released slowly at the intestines and doesnot get dissoloved in the gastric juices. that shell which comes out along with motion is some times seen as the tablet. if the drug has not gone in to your blood then there will not be any controle on the blood sugar. when you get you...more

Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with REGULAR 45 min brisk walk / exercise and you can control blood sugar. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. Eat outside food less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Have small and frequent meals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. divide your meals in 5 small portions..
Eat protien rich diet..avoid processed flour..eat whole grains,avoid potatoes,rice ,butter,cheese,saturated fats..
peanut butter is advicable to take ..
eat lots of fruits..avoid canned foods ,carbonated drinks..
do jogging,walking..
cut few lady finger and pour it in water for 30 min..strain it and drink before going to bed..
