For stretchmarks:
1. Try to scrub the area daily and put vitamin e oil
2. You can also apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes
3. Use aloe vera gel on the area once a day
4. Use rich cocoa butter before going.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain.
Treatment-
1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day.
Diet-
Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.

Take smaller 5-6 meals a day. Avoid junk food, heavy and starchy food. Include green salad, fruit chaat and green vegetables in your diet. if you like eggs, take only egg white.
Swimming and gym both are good for body exercise.
