Hello, Thanks for the query. Madam Spironolactone is used in PCOD to reduce absorption of androgens (testosterone) and reduce symptoms associated with that like male pattern of hair growth. It is usually given along with birth control pills. As regards Levothyroxine I am sure you have been already taking it to control TSH, hence it has to be continued in the same dosage. It is not recommended in pregnancy.
since she is 3 months now do a NT Scan with screening of abnormalities in the baby. if it's not there you can continue. reconfirm it during anomalies scan at 5th month

Please see a breast surgeon. They would examine you and if needed do a mammogram or an ultrasound. If it is only fat then it is called as pseudo-gynaecomastia. If Breast tissue is present on mammogram or ultrasound then it is gynaecomastia.
