Your symptoms suggest clinical depression or major depressive disorder. Depression being a brain illness, it needs pharmacological treatment. You are on starting dose of fluoxetine. That might not help. You need proper medicine along with psychotherapy sessions.

You need to discuss this with your psychiatrist.
Atomoxetine doesn't help every patient of adhd (although, it very effective in some).
Get your diagnosis revised, if its really adhd, you can discuss option of stimulants with your psychiatrist.
