Hello, thanks for the query.
To reduce increased uric acid one needs to avoid foods containing high purine containing foods like red meat, organ meat, certain sea foods (fishes like scallop, herring, haddock, salmon, mushrooms and mussels ). Also avoid sweetened aerated drinks & alcohol. The drug mentioned can be taken as 80 mg once a day. For a month or so then check the uric acid again. Stopping the drug may increase the levels again. Thanks.

Low purine diet is recommended for patients of high uric acid and gout, in which you have to restrict intake of tomato spinache nonveg milk and dairy products like paneer cheese etc sirka.
For better control of diabetes you should avoid sugar jaggery honey sweets sweet fruits like mangoes banana grapes cheekoo etc. Take small frequent meals instead of large ones. Use whole grain flour instead of maida. Avoid soft drinks. Exercise regul...more
