take tab. glimstar pm 2 before meal in morning. and other same. and you can take diet for diabetes. low sugar breakfast cereal oats., low sugar bran flakes,peas or leafy green. brown rice .whole grain foods. whole grain pasta.

There is no fit for all medicines. You have mentioned your medicines but you have not mentioned your Regular BP, Sugar, Cholesterols. Based on them only it is wise to change medicines. If you have not done any of those investigations kindly get them done.

Your medicines need to be adjusted while few medicines need to be added in current regimen esp gliptines pls do call me for proper treatment stick to diabetic diet and exercise regularly.
