I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Some irregular bleeding — also known as spotting — can happen after you take the morning-after pill. Getting your period after taking emergency contraception (ec) is a sign that you're not pregnant. It's also normal for your period to be heavier or lighter, or earlier or later than usual after taking ec.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you...more

Don't worry about the spotting as it is possible to have some breakthrough bleeding while on norethisterone. Pain could be due to underlying pathology of endometriosis. I would suggest an alternate progesterone in higher dose for endometriosis but need to review your reports first. For pain you could take tab meftal spas 1 tab three times a day for 2-3 days. Also get a urine routine examination done. Consider a private consultation.

It is common to miss period during breast feeding. So better to avoid hormonal pills with or without breast feeding.
If you are engaging in sex then first confirm that it is pregnancy or not.

Norethisterone and ethinyl oestradiol combination pills are contraceptive pills, but they are also used in patients who have irregular periods or have excessive bleeding.
It's use regularizes periods and in patients who have excessive bleeding it's use controls bleeding.
