Thanks for query. Your medication are not given properly.
First if you are taking zoryl m 2 forte you will eat properly means diabetic diet every 3 hrs. You check your fasting and post major meal 2 hr blood sugar for 5 days. It should be fasting around 100 and pp around 150.
And random should not less than 70 mg. If goes down check have you eaten properly or taking high medication.
Which can be reduce.

According to you, your father s is 190 cms tall, with fairly good control of blood sugar. His weight has come down from 62 to 58 in 6 months. If he is avoiding carb diet for the past few months, weight loss may be because of that. But anyway considering his age, it is better to go for some other tests too to rule out any other problem. Thyroid medication too needs dose adjustment.
