You can domstal 10 mg and without taking diamox can I take vertizac. Vertizac tablet is a combination of two medicines: cinnarizine and dimenhydrinate. Cinnarizine is a calcium channel antagonist that works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear. Dimenhydrinate is an antiallergic. It blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for light-headedness in vertigo.

As I can understand your baby has regurgitation issues. Try to give your feed every 2 hrs followed by burping for minimum of 20 min. Give powder feed only if she demands despite your feeds. If she does not burp even after 20 min, in your lap keep her on stomach and pat a little. When you r awake put her to in lateral position instead of putting on back. Keep in cool environment. It is very hot so that also leads to poor feeding and fever. Must visit pediatrician if child is dull and not passing ...more

Neurologist is not the right specialist to treat anxiety. He seems to have prescribed a masala of medications. Consult a psychiatrist, who is the right person to treat anxiety. Sometimes CBT needs to be combined with anxiolytics for better outcomes. All the best.

Hello lybrate-user. If it's NS1 positive then you need to be cautious. Monitor platelet count regularly. Watch out for any rash or red patches on skin, black stools, bleeding gums, chest pain and shortness of breath. All the pain killers should be avoided in dengue as they can cause gastrointestinal tract bleeding. You may use paracetamol as it has more antipyretic action than anti inflammatory action. Recovery is the rule and no need to be panic. You only need platelet transfusion when there is...more
