Decrease in calcium levels is due to zoledronic acid. Sometime a dicy situation to treat both or TB only, specialy if histopathlogist is not able to diagnose. Moreover, sarcoidosis is a self limiting disease in most and do not require treatment in some.

Though she is having satisfactory blood sugars, her blood pressure is high and she is having cardiac symptoms.
Breathlessness and chest pain which responded to nitroglycerin also suggest cardiac symptoms. Continue nitroglycerin till you consult cardiologist for complete cardiac evaluation such as ecg, echo and angiography (if suggested by your cardiologist)

Duolin is a reliver drug and should not be taken daily. Budecort 200 is very less dose and need addition of laba for good effect. Better get stepped up dose for asthma after consulting a resp. Phy. Get echo done to r/o col pulmonale which may be a cause for oedema. Nebicard though a selective drug and said to be not aggevating asthma, but better to avoid it or reduce its dose.
