Avoid taking a double dose if it’s already time for the second dose after that as it may lead to overdose of the drug.
in most cases you wont be able to process extra pills at once and the extra will just flush out of your system. but if you a strong medicine is prescribed ,then you should be cautious.

It's all depend on your history dear, since how longs you r trying to conceive, your menstrual health history, husband parameters etc, dydrogesterone generally given if you already had taken medicine to form ovarian follicles (egg, whether you need to undergone iui or not it's all depend on your history and previous reports.

you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. Treatment is advised only once the levels cross 10 milli units or there are troublesome symptoms with lower tsh levels. Hello.
Miscarriage may occur in upto 20% of pregnancy.
In most of theses cases there are no specific cause and therefore over treatment is not required in subsequent pregnancy.
Progesterone may be used empirically upto 12 weeks of pregnancy anticipating luteal phase defect. Usually micronised progesterone (susten) 200 to 400 mg or dydrogesterone (duphaston) about 20 mg will be sufficient.
