Repeat next week. 4 tablets you need to take in a month. Afterwards you need to repeat next 4 tablets every month. Repeat vitamin D after one month and 3 months after. Yeah you can take Vit-D3 capsule once a week. For natural methods sunlight is the best source of vitamin-D3. Then milk products can also be preferred. Cheese, egg yolk, salmon fish, tuna, orange juice etc are the dietary sources.

Dear madam, while it is possible to take too much vitamin d, toxicity is very rare.
In fact, you would need to take extremely high doses of 50,000 iu (1,250 mcg) or more for a long period of time (35).
It’s also worth noting that it is impossible to overdose on vitamin d from sunlight (36trusted source
so weekly once is enough. Don't take it further. Take enough water to get it eliminated.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
use no pillow under the head.
Do hot fomantation.
Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days
bio d3 max 1tab od x10
do neck, back & general exercises.
