Hi lybrate-user, I understand that you are going through a depressive mood state. Duloxetine (duvanta) do works to alleviate depression but the dose at which you are taking it is not gonna help. In my opinion you need to increase the dose to 40 mg instantaneously and further increase to 60 mg per day in divided doses after next 3 days. Lets see how it goes and please let me know about progress after 2 weeks.

all the medications that you are taking duloxetine, nexiftoforte (escitalopram +clonazepam) and inspiral can be take together and are helpful in management of anxiety and adhd. The goal of you treatment should be complete relief of your symptoms. If you are feeling better than you may continue taking same medication. If you are not feeling 100% better than you can try change of medication/doses with help of psychiatrist.
