spotting is normal however those 2 tablets are highly essential to prevent the spotting itself.
consider a urgent USG for baby s heart beat and to rule out miscarriage and ectopics

Do not stop taking duphaston tablet without your doctor's permission. Continue all medications until you are asked to stop. After two beta hcg reports, your pregnancy result will be confirmed. You can also go for ultrasound for confirmation. If its positive, you need to continue duphaston. If its negative, you can stop.

How many days have passed after stopping duphaston as it takes 3 to 8 days after stopping duphastone to get withdrawal bleeding if there is no pregnancy or other problem.
If 8 days have passed and no withdrawal bleeding consult gynecologist for change in treatment after some reports.
