Yes duphaston is good for pregnancy .if treating doctor think my pt. Not go in missed abortion then she or he suppliment duphaston no harm. Get your usg done after 15 days.

Usually small myoma not indenting the endometrial cavity is non-significant.

Conceive f is only supplements. Duphaston is used in some cases of suspected luteal phase insufficiency.
Depending on full medical history, examination and all reports gynecologist can decide what are likely factors, and depending on that treatment and that can increase chances of pregnancy. No blind opinion can be given by name of one medicine.

It takes 3 to 8 days after stopping duphaston to get withdrawal bleeding if there is no pregnancy or other problem.

I have pcos and prescribed with metformin, fertab prenatal and duphaston. I had duphaston for five days morning and evening. I haven't received my periods yet as it is 10 days from the day of last dose of duphaston. How long will it take periods to come. If you have been sexually active, do the upt. If negative, get an ultrasound to look at the endometrial thickness. Continue lifestyle modifications of diet and exercise.
