Take lots of fluids fruits and veggies.
Avoid red meat n alcohol.
Do sitz baths thrice a day with saline water.
Apply cremagel cream thrice a day
take syp duphalac twice a day with a glass of water.
And exercise regularly.
Get a thyroid profile done.
You can revert back to me after two weeks if no releif.

I understand your concern, if you are experiencing constipation and stools are hard then it has to be treated. You are already consuming adequate amount of water then it must be necessary to evaluate your dietary habits and lifestyle. High fiber diet and green salad vegetables as well as fruits must constitute 70% of your diet.
Avoid maida and bread products. Take roasted flax seeds, with warm water.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
