You need to drink lot of water and salads and raw fruits to get rid of constipation. But still you have it then need to know the cause. You can get simple stool and blood test. Can also take surgeons opinion also to know if you have piles or not. Otherwise whatever medicine you are taking enough for you. Sometime sedentary life style also leads to constipation. Can opt for walk.

In most of there cases of piles one should try non surgical treatment and if it fails only then surgery is required. Most important aspect of treatment is avoiding constipation. Apart from medicine diet has very important role. Take high fibre diet and plenty of fluid and avoid very spicy or oily food. Eat plenty of fruits, salads and green vegetable. Drink lot of coconut water.
