Dear lybrate-user,
Are you screaming or kicking or walking or waking up during the nightmares? If not, they are just dreams. Does not need any major treatment.
In shift workers, the circadian rhythm gets disturbed. The sleep wake cycle is also disturbed. So you may be waking up during dream stage of sleep. That is why, you remember the dream and worry about them.
Try and find a day shift job. Or try to go to bed at the same time on all days whether week day or week end. Sleep during ...more

You are breaking your bio-rhythm in a gross manner so that your body bio-clock will be out of sync with the normal time by a huge margin. This affects three important aspects of your life: the energy levels, the mood levels, and the metabolic rate. This is further known to skew your orientation to such an extent that it like going through jetlag every day without your knowledge or its seeming effe...more

Hi.
It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies.

Hi.
Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and type...more

Dear Lybrate User, May be due to medication your body has become weak and lazy. You can continue with these medications their is no such harm. You can try for same exercise in which you are comfortable like walking, yoga, it will reduce your sleep and increase your activity, lack of physical activity leads to sleepy nature.
