Yes, there is a permanent solution if you cooperate. You must go for counseling too and the combination of the two will fetch you better results. So apart from the medication, you need the help of a counselor who will equip you with coping skills and techniques to handle the daily pressures in life. You can also speak about the recent developments and find a way of sorting those out too. Relying only on the chemical intervention is grossly insufficient. By just popping in pills how do you hope t...more

Dopamine does not cause 'full day fatigue feeling' it might cause insomnia, but so is your disease. Regarding erection problem, some of these medications may occasionally cause it, but if such happens - factors first to consider is your age (don't know), comorbidities (other diseases), body weight (over weight) etc.

Hello lybrate-user,
the abnormality in datscan is suggestive of dopamine depletion. So your tremors might be related to parkinsons disease. The therapy you are taking needs to be discussed in detail. I would recommend stopping aripiprazole.
And rest of the medicines need to be streamlined. Its better if you consult a neurologist in person or on video call to assess your tremors.
Please feel free to contact for further queries.

I totally understand that is very hard to deal with medical conditions for a long time and be on medications on a daily basis for physical health problems. On top of those, you may be drained of the possibility of being depressed due to chronic medical conditions, the symptoms of which you have laid out in your description of problems. I also believe that you may need to have medications started for your depression and it is usually a short course of 3-4 months with a subsequent 2-month taper. I...more

I am 17+ old boy. I discovered masturbation and sex in the age of 16. I started to masturbate. But I came to know of 'squeezeing' trick of my own. I do not masturbate in normal way. I always squeeze my penis and enjoyed. But the problem is it became a habit to me. I masturbate everyday and sometimes two or three times a day. My pleasure during masturbation was decreasing. I could not feel it at fast. Then one day there was no pleasure after the climax point. Then after two no pleasure I tried the original way of masturbation and I got much pleasure. But soon it gone off also after two more. Then I google, asked friends and came to know what I have did! probably my penis muscles are so much habituated with it. And my dopamine receptors are harmed. Then I decided not to masturbate more. I got info that if I do not masturbate for long time the dopamine receptors will reconnect and my penis muscle will be in form also. But in gaps 2 weeks, 1 weeks, 11 days, 2 weeks 11 days, and 11 days I masturbated. Among this some were much pleasurable. But many were not at all. Now my 13th day is going. But now in this span, I have two nightfalls. Please mention what should I do and what is remedy and result of this?

Masturbation is not harmful at all but excess of anything is harmful. Nightfall too is natural. Keep masturbation less for few days. Focus on overall good health balanced diet daily exercise. You may also take homeopathy for general health and sexual health improvement.
Best wishes.
