Consult an oral maxillofacial surgeon, but as far of now you can apply piroxicam gel on the area on the face in front of the ears twice daily. Also do some moist heat fomenation over the jaws by putting towel in lukewarm water ,squeezing it and applying moist heat over the jaws.

It is good to know that your blood sugar is in control. I am sure you are aware, when in control fasting blood glucose should be near 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg/100 ml and hba1c%<6.8. If glucose levels are higher than these then control is not considered good, plus it increases the chances of long term complications. Dolonex dt mein piroxicam nam ka nsaid rehta hai, jo inflammation aur dard ko kam karta hai. Lekin koya dard ka goli bahut din lene se kidney par asar hota hai. Esliye behatar hai ki jab dard tej hota hai tab dard ka goli estemal kijiye.

It is called pregnancy induced back ache and you will have severe pain in the lower back especially there will be more gap in the lower back and bed which should be filled by strengthening the abdominal muscles and also post maternity corset should be worn to build the muscle tone.

Take flexon-MR tablet twice daily as a muscle relaxant, get a night-guard made from dentist, also avoid chewing hard food from the affected side and do moist heat fomentation with a towel dipped in warm water and placing over the jaw joint about 4-5 times daily. Apply piroxicam gel twice daily over jaw joint.
