in a situation like this regular counselling sessions would be more effective to help long term coping and managing with such situation. Cbt and positive psychology can really help in such situations. Also talking to a counsellor will help as it will reduce the amount of pent up energy and anger and therefore reduces the chances of an outburst. go to a psychiatrist who can give you more time , understand your current symptoms, use only 2 drugs in adequate dosages.
visit with a family member who know you well,with all past records.

Dicorate is Valproate which has side effect on liver functions and also weight gain. Check your liver functions once every 6 months for 1 or 2 years and later once a year. Also check your weight every 3 to 6 months.

Consult your neurologist regarding analgesics which are safe with anti epileptics. Discuss with your doctor the need for a transdermal patch of analgesic and physiotherapy.

Keep continue with your medicines.
By example I put it like - neurology is a hardware and psychiatry is software.
Both specialities deals with brain but different disorders.
