Better to avoid both the medicines. Cefixime is safe at 5 weeks. You can take 200 mg twice daily for 5 days. Take who ors and eat only rice based food for the next few days. For more information you can get in touch with me.

For motion sickness you can use meclizine or promethazine
for allergy you can have montek lc for stomach upset and acidity you can have rabeprazole along with metronidazole
for loose motion you can have lactobacillus along with ofloxacin ornidazole and have ors.

Prevention
a. maintain eye hygiene
b. use two handkerchief (one for each eye)
c. keep hands clean

Treatment
a. antibiotic - soft steroid combination
b. lubricating eyedrop
c. antibiotic ointment at night

You can eat ofloxacin the next week if dysentery occurs again. but need to be sure that dysentery is due to bacterial infection sensitive to the drug
