The problem is called ANAL FISSURE not fischer. And most probably it is moSt related with your high bilirubin. Get consultation with a physician for jaundice. And for fissure try oint. Diltigesic

Try using Seitz bath twice daily. You may also use a diltiazem anal ointment if there is pain. However if there is excess bleed then it is unlikely to heal and surgery is inevitable.

Hello lybrate-user, the combination you mentioned is ideal for piles (or haemorrhoids). It will more effective if you select an ointment containing nifedipine or diltiazem. Thanks and regards.

You can take syrup duphulac 2 tsp twice a day, cremadiet 2 tsp twice a day, 2% diltigesic cream and 2 % lignocaine jelly for pr application twice a day. All this is for 7 days.

Hi kindly apply Diltigesic ointment .2% four times a day after passing stool. Do sitz bath 3 times a day (sitting in Luke warm bucket filled water ). Make your stool loose by taking pretty of fibres, salads, fruits in diet.

It seems to be anal fissure (tear in anal mucosa. Do sitz bath by sitting in a tub with luke warm water for 5 min and apply diltiazem cream twice a day. And take any laxative syrup in night. Ull b fine in few days.
