I have gone through the details. Please understand in a well controlled diabetes patient fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.8%.
You have mentioned only fasting glucose (130 mg/ 100 ml). No other details are given. As regards the hypertension, ideally bp should be maintained around 130/ 70 to 80 mm hg.

Exercise is the cheapest medicine to control diabetes, do at least 30-40 mins walk. Take the suggested medicine for few days and go for a follow up to your doc.
Avoid white carbs and simple sugars. Include multi grain roti, lots of salad, less oily food.
