Hello as per your history I can analyse your situation. See you hv taken medicine since long. So sudden withdrawl is can be dangerous firstly you hv to start meditation yoga so you can calm your mind nd feel secure nd joyfull.

Respected Lybrate user. Most of the orthopedic problems. Having cavities is not a serious problem at all.
Cavities which are not too deep can be excavated and be restored by a dental cement.
Cavities that are very deep can be cured by root canal treatment followed by crown ( cap ).
For better prevention of cavities ,
1- Follow proper brushing technique.
2- Brush twice a day
3-clean your teeth immediately every time after you eat food or liquids.

avoid smoking and alcohol if use. Do regular exercise and take high protein diet. You can take shatavar churna. Take 2 spoonful shatavar churna and mix it in a glass of milk. Boil this milk for 10 minute. And drink it. Repeat this daily morning and night for 45 days. You will sure get best result.

thirdly, make a face pack using chandan powder (2tsp)+multani mitti powder (1 tsp)+ haldi (1pinch)+ neem powder (1 pinch)+ rose water + 3-4 drops lemon juice. Apply on face and keep till it's dry. Then wash with water.
