Hello-
Non-STD lesions on the penis include the common condition of folliculitis, which is a bacterial infection of a hair follicle, usually caused by friction or irritation. Lesions on the genitals can be a sign of a sexually transmitted infection. Painful, tiny clusters of small blisters may indicate genital herpes.

Yes due to the vomitting she has severe dehydration which is restored by the IV fluids. Insulin is given to reduce the Blood glucose which should be less than 190mg/dl. It will take time. She was probably a diabetic previously and was not monitored due to which her blood sugar was high. She has to be monitored for blood sugar from now on and her diet has to be closely monitored.

Hello lybrate-user, do not worry, the burning sensation could be due to the exposed glans area which is very sensitive to touch. The swelling is due to the post op recovery process, nothing seems to be worrying at this moment as it is hardly a week after surgery. Just follow the advices by your surgeon.
