Dexamethasone is a steroid. It should not be continued for a long time. Please do Serum Cortisol levels which will give an indication of how much steroid has been absorbed in the body, Based on the levels the next line of treatment can be given. Please donot take oral steroid for a long period as it will decrease your immunity and you will be prone to infections.

Dear lybrate-user,
I am very sorry to hear that you lost the pregnancy. This fall in beta hcg happens in case of a failing pregnancy. There are many reasons why this can happen. Most commonly this happens in early pregnancy due aneuploidy in the embryo. I do not think it was because of stopping the dexamethasone tablet. If you are having repeated blighted ovum or missed abortions, please discuss with your doctor, so that they can suggest further testing if required.

Hello-
balanitis is an inflammation of the glans penis (head of the penis); it is fairly common and affects approximately 3-11% of males during their lifetime. Posthitis is an inflammation of the foreskin (prepuce). Balanoposthitis involves both the glans and the foreskin and occurs in approximately 6% of uncircumcised males.

Dear Mr. Hisham,
Excessive mucus production can be due to many causes. Since you have not mentioned anything about the tests that you have undergone, I will advice you to meet a good Chest Specialist. Basic Investigations needs to be done. Depending on the results doctors can take further call on your management. I hope you will understand it may sometimes be time consuming to get an accurate diagnosis and relief. All the best.
