My premature daughter of 28 days has got diaper rashes which is there till thighs also. Initially I applied candid-B cream. But it did not work. After that, Continuously I am applying siloderm mix cream and used almost 1 and 1/2 tubes of it which has clotrimazole + beclometasone dipropionate + neomycin sulphate. Since yesterday night I have not used diapers for her. It is been 24 hrs now. It pains a lot to her when she does urine. Please suggest what can I do to relieve her pain and it gets heal faster.

The cream has steroids. And using steroids at this early age is very harmful. Better take homoeopathic treatment.. It can give permanent solution..
