Its good u have decided on ur own...Take homoeopathic medicine Tabacum 1M 4 pills 4times 4days,n take it half an hour before or after food,take it without water,just put pills on ur tongue it ll get absorbed don't chew...after taking 4 days give a gap of 1 week again repeat for 4 days,again in Same way take such 5 courses,n in btwn if u feel uneasy then take chewing gums..Drink lots of water..
