You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. Merely external (topical) medicine is not enough in fungal infection. Simultaneously you need to take internal medicine. You may take following medicine
1) Cream Daskil 1% 10 gms
dose M - Night
for external use on effected area
2) Tabs Faze 200 mg
dose 1/1 tab twice in a week
like on Monday and Thursday in a week.
Continue above medicine for 3 to 4 months for a better results.
