You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Merely external (topical) medicine is not enough in fungal infection. Simultaneously you need to take internal medicine. You may take following medicine
1) Cream Daskil 1% 10 gms
dose M - Night
for external use on effected area
2) Tabs Faze 200 mg
dose 1/1 tab twice in a week
like on Monday and Thursday in a week.
Continue above medicine for 3 to 4 months for a better results.

Dear user. PENILE PAIN could be due to Infections or inflammation of the bladder or prostate can also result in penile pain. ... Trauma, persistent erection (priapism), cancers, and Peyronie's disease (the development of scar tissue within the penis) are other causes. Sickle cell anemia may cause priapism due to blockages of small blood vessels in the penis. I suggest you to consult a doctor for physical investigation. Take care.

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. In the meanwhile follow this
