Chronic and severe Anxiety does cause giddiness. Kindly take sessions with a Psychologist as well. Also take care to not to continue, Psychiatric Medication on the basis of Self-medication (if doing so). Do make a routine of brisk walking in the fresh hygienic environment followed by 15-20 deep breaths twice a day.
You would soon feel good and at peace with yourselves.

Dear Nitin,
Persons living with schizophrenia have such difficulties some time. Apart from these tablets, you need psychosocial rehabilitation service. Find a psychiatric social worker and consult. Slowly you will start working even if you don't enjoy it. You can join a halfway home for 6-9 months to learn work habits. You can explore day care facilities nearby.

Hello, clonazepam acts very quickly on anxiety but is not a definite treatment for it. It will help in initial period but will stop acting after sometime and moreover it is addictive. The right treatment for you is you take ssri like tab escitalopram 10 mg in night time along with clonazepam. Subsequently dose of clonazepam will be reduced and eventually stop and escitalopram will be continued.
P.s. Do not take clonazepam for more than a month and keep on decreasing the dose every week.
