Patient on chronic antiepileptic therapy tend to develop vit deficiency manifestations. Usually oral lesion can be due to plethora of reasons and maybe completely unrelated to antiepileptic therapy as such. you can go for a percutaneous baloon decompression which is done on day care basis or a surgery known as micro vascular decompression which is very major surgery but i think you should get your medications reorganised and try once more before going for surgery

it's good your mri is clean. Alot of times such conditions can alter a person's emotional status. Also, the medicines taken for seizures for a long time can also shave such effects.
