Yes you can use nicotex gum 2 mg on your requirement basis which are easily available over the counter. There are no fix number of nicotex gums to be taken you can take as much as required on day one. Remember to decrease one per day. Just I like to share with you that feeding mother mostly have hair fall issue because of such calcium loss.
So in this condition should have to take much more milk and have to apply good hair oil on your scalp.

The options for breakfast should consists of more of carbohydrate. Hi. Let me you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface.
