2. Cmc eye drops - 4 times a day
3. T. Levocetrizine- 1 at bed time

Syrup is for larger doses and rops are given for small doses based on the weight of your baby and medicine . If yu are using paracetamol syrup you can give 2.5 Ml to a 4 Kg child

Daily recommended dose is 400 iu so if 1 ml contains 800 iu then dose will be 0.5 ml 1 ml = 20 drops so 0.5 ml = 10 drops you can give it 0.5 ml = 10 drops once daily dose schedule or you can give it 0.25 ml = 5 drops two times per day schedule.

If baby is breast fed only or getting some cow's milk or formula milk or calcium syrup. You should withhold everything except breast feed. Secondly if stools are not hard, then it's ok with once a week frequency for stools, if baby is breast fed only.
