To gain weight , Eat more calories than your body burns.
Eat More Meals. Small meals are easier to eat than big ones.
Eat Caloric Dense Foods, like nuts, dry fruits, dairy etc
Eat More Protein, Go Liquid , Lift Heavy weights And Be Consistent.

No. You should never use this until and unless your Dr. prescribes you. The simple rule to get into shape is to get into the correct nutrition and it is the best way to get rid of extra fat from the body.

It suppress the symptoms for time being..
But as soon as it's action goes it come back..

But major concern is bad effects of steroids...
