Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query,
In long standing diabetes peripheral neuropathy is a commonly occurring complication. This is particularly seen if the blood glucose control is not good enough. Plus it is observed even when there is a fairly well controlled diabetes. Since there is no mention of your blood glucose levels and HbA1c%, it is not possible to know how well is the condition controlled.

Hi doc. I'm 35 years old I was a drug addict of heroine since 2&half years, now it's been 3 months I have stopped taking heroine, to prevent my withdrawal I took quater a tablet of addnok n 2 mg morning and evening at least for 1 month, I feel better now no withdrawal after taking addnok n 2 mg, but if I stop taking addnok withdrawal starts (not much, I feel feverish) but, now I have stopped taking addnok also since addnok has also withdrawal symptoms, so to avoid the addiction of addnok, since from 1 week i've started taking one tablet of each tramadol 100 mg, nortipan m &larox 2 mg morning and evening to avoid withdrawal symptoms like body ache. Dear doc. Please guide me. With the following 1. Is tramadol 100 mg also addictive? 2. Will I be ever free of withdrawal symptoms if I stopped taking tramadol, nortipan m & larox 2 mg? 3. Will I be ever a happy man like before? Cos I cannot concentrate at my professional work. 4. What is the alternative of tramadol 100 and nortipan to get rid of withdrawal symptom? **note: it's been 3 months i've stopped taking heroine. Dear doc. I confess. I'm scared of heroine and addnok, I can promise you I will never be in touch with this shitty drug like heroine anymore. Please help me and guide me. I'll be ever thankful to you. Hoping for your valuable suggestions and guidance. Regards.

My friend trust me even a big penis 11-12 inches have failed to satisfy a woman, on the other hand even a small one of 3-4 inches have made them fulfilled.
Size is not at all a parameter to judge the level of satisfaction of a female. Trust yourself, and give it a try with a girl, engage more on oral sex and be confident you would be able to satisfy her during penetration also.

Hello Lybrate user taking medicine for pain relief will not resolve your problem permanently. We need to treat your root cause otherwise eventually you will land up with anal stenosis. So better consult local doctor in your area. Till than lots of fluid, high fibre diet & laxatives to avoid constipation. Sitz bath (sitting in luke warm water for 30 min) twice a day.
