Medicine for B12 deficiency may be stopped or reduced when it reaches normal level in blood.
Rivotril is given for anxiety. Try to be realist and avoid unnecessary thinking. You can stop it if you can control on yourself and accept reality.
Burpex is given for intestinal motility disorders and hyperacidity. Can be avoided if you can control your diet by avoiding spicy, fried and sour food items.
Keep your blood sugar controlled to avoid complications of diabetes.

You need proper treatment for this problem. Consult Ayurveda Proctologists near by You. Till you can follow this, Avoid Fast food, spices food, curd,red n green chilles, Have planty of water, Take regular Hot Water Sitzs bath. If need complete solution through Ayurveda consult me personally.

1. Don't overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
