Dear Lybrate user,
please don't treat dizziness with the same medicine which your friend used and got cure of dizziness. As you may know ---causes of dizziness are many --like anemia; hypoglycemia; dehydration ; parkinson's disease ; hypotension ; ear balance problems etc ---the medicines for each of these causes is very different ---so you have to meet a doctor and proceed as per his advice ------ok.

Hi lybrate-user. While medication can help you reduce anxiety, working on the triggers can benefit in the long run. One way is to observe your bodily reactions as you feel anxiety and panic. You can also name your emotions and do mindfulness exercises. Meditation, physical activity, and doing some activities you enjoy throughout the day can help as well.
Do let me know if you would like to talk to me about this.

Hello,
Lonazep is a Benzodiazepine which is used as sleeping pills or immediate anxiety relief. This is not your main medication for depression. Long term use of lonazep can cause dependence. Consult nearby psychiatric centre or consult online for proper management.
